THE EFFECT OF THE "NITRAZON HUMI SOJA" INOCULANT, IN COMBINATION WITH THE BIOSTIMULANTS AISe^®, AIKS^®, AND AQUAFIX^®, ON SOYBEAN SEED TREATMENT AND THE SUBSEQUENT PRODUCTION PARAMETERS OF SOYBEAN CROPS

Seed legumes very often face problems with vitality. Healthy and vital seed is a basic prerequisite for the successful establishment of legume crops, since legumes have a relatively small compensatory capacity compared to, for example, cereals or rapeseed, and the number of plants per unit area is practically the most important parameter in the formation of yield. For this reason, it is necessary to ensure that, ideally, after sowing, the same or very close number of plants as were sown. One way to support the vitality of the seed is to treat the seed before sowing with biological stimulants or metabolites of biological processes.

• AISe^® contains organic substances, autolysates of soil fungi of the order Pezizales, macro and microelements, bound and free amino acids.
• AIKS^® contains the pure active substance poly-beta-hydroxy butyric acid from soil bacteria Bacillus megaterium and Pseudomonas aureofaciens.
• AQUAFIX^® is an aqueous solution of a copolymer of sodium chloride, acrylic acid and acrylamide with sodium acetate for water fixation. It effectively regulates water and mineral conditions for plant nutrition.
• NITRAZON HUMI SOJA is a liquid bacterial inoculant containing Bradyrhizobium japonicum (5×108 per ml), which ensures the colonization of germinating plants with the right strains of tuber bacteria and the faster onset of symbiotic nitrogen fixation in tubers at the roots.

To verify the effect of NITRAZON HUMI SOJA inoculant in combination with biostimulants AISe^®, AIKS^® and AQUAFIX^® on vitality and thus production parameters of soybean crops, a small-scale experiment was carried out at the site of Červený Újezd (District of Prague West).
